Medication Management with ARNP (30 Min)

Description

Medication management optimizes the therapeutic outcomes for individual patients. This service includes, but is not limited, to performing or obtaining necessary assessments of the patient’s health status; formulating a medication treatment plan; selecting, initiating, modifying, or administering medication; and monitoring and evaluating the patient’s response to medication, including safety and effectiveness. We also perform a comprehensive medication review to identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems, including adverse drug effects.
